Save on baby formula with coupons from the biggest formula makers by joining savings programs available through Enfamil, Similac, Good Start and Parent's Choice.

Enfamil Family Beginnings
The Enfamil Family Beginnings program offers coupon savings and other infant development news for parents. To enroll, give basic information about yourself and your child (or expectant child) on the Web site and then provide the answers to *four* security questions—Family Beginnings must put a premium on protecting their members’ data. The Enfamil brand of baby formula by Mead Johnson features a variety of formulas, most with LIPIL, a blend of the nutrients DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and ARA (arachidonic acid), which are nutrients naturally found in breast milk.
Enfamil will mail coupons, which actually look like checks, directly to a Family Beginnings member’s home. Coupon values begin high ($5 to $10 off each purchase) and then diminish over the following months.
Similac Welcome Addition
Similac, by Abbot Laboratories, now also includes DHA and ARA in its formula. To get Similac coupons, sign up for the Welcome Addition club at its Web site with your home address, email address and some information about the composition of your family. Similac will then mail discount checks, which act like coupons, to members’ homes. Similac offers a variety of formulas, including an organic formula, made from ingredients that are certified organic by the USDA.
Nestle Good Start “very best baby”
Nestle’s verybestbaby.com site is the place for Good Start formula coupon/checks. Again sign up with basic address information (home and email) and answer some questions on whether you plan to breastfeed, formula feed or supplement breast milk with formula. DHA and ARA are present in Good Start formulas, too. The site also provides personalized articles based on your week of pregnancy or baby’s age. Good Start offers milk- and soy-based formulas and touts its “comfort proteins,” which Nestle says are easier for babies to digest.
Wal-Mart Parent’s Choice
At about half the price of national brands, Wal-Mart’s Parent’s Choice does not offer a coupon or savings program. To get a free sample of Parent’s Choice formula, however, call formula maker PBM Nutritionals at 1-800-485-9918. Provide your name, mailing address and phone number, where you purchase formula and your preference of a milk- or soy-based product. Again, DHA and ARA are included in Parent’s Choice formula, which is available in varieties including milk, soy, organic and lactose free.
